Charlie Marcotte, Founder of Family Service Day was recently interviewed about Family Service Day. The question was, “What is the greatest value that a Family Service Day Guest receives?”

Charlie’s response:

“In addition to general maintenance, the one hour that we spend with each guest’s car gives us the chance to make simple adjustments and repairs including corrosion removal, lubrication and re-routing that may avert major problems. Things that are easy for us to correct can really make a big difference and provide security to families that often live with automotive uncertainty.”
